I&#039;m very excited to read your post. The consultancy i started with a business partner in Australia continually runs into non profit organisations that value and regard well the people they serve (reflecting their core values and mission) but regard their donors as dollar signs or cheque books....they commodify their donors. Usually the non profit asks: &quot;What value does the donor bring to us?&quot; Our business is about challenging non profits to see their donors as people first (regardless of their wealth) and to ask the question: &quot;What value do we (the non profit) bring the donor?&quot;
