		<description>Interesting post Jason, as per usual. I was only talking to someone about this last week when we were talking about motivating staff. I am mostly motivated by the cause (and the challenge), but I have to admit I would find it hard to work for an organisation I didnt feel passionate about.  Each person has their own motivation and I made the point though that the reality is some people may be motivated by the fact that the office is close to where they live or its close to their kids school so it suits. I once made the mistake of assuming all the staff on my team were motivated for the same reason as I was....lesson well learned!</description>
