Too many non-profits think a viral or social media strategy is simply throwing up a facebook page or establishing a twitter account with automatic staus updates from thier blog posts, but never engage in the real work of marketing that social media presence. If you build a website, you have to market it (that includes viral marketing). If you build a social media presence, you have to market it, too... Great points, Adam.
